As our items are custom-made per order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. In some cases, we may consider accepting returns, but generally, returns are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-returnable Items / Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned, including custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized products) and personal care items (such as beauty products).

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, it's quickest to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us before proceeding.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
